**Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Alberta. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, passionate about innovative marketing strategies, and have a knack for using technology to your advantage, we’d love to hear from you This role will require your expertise to optimize and enhance marketing performance and oversight of all marketing channels to ultimately drive customer acquisition through the various channels.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Execution of digital advertising campaigns and keyword optimisation
- Manage and optimize Google Ad and Bing Ad campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads.
- Enhance brand recognition through targeted outbound marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop and test ad creative and copy through regular A/B testing.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to measure and amend marketing strategies for optimal performance.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic growth.
- Keep social media platforms up-to-date and engage with our online community.

- WordPress experience is an asset, aiding in website updates and content management as needed.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics and reporting process across digital advertising, social media, website visitors, and CRM activities.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing automations, digital ad campaigns, and social media to maximize ROI.
- Ability to analyze and present data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and campaign improvements.
- Additional marketing, technical responsibilities and team support as required.
**Experience and Skills**
- Post-secondary degree and/or diploma in Business/Commerce, Marketing, or other related discipline.
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience including SEO, inbound marketing and content management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented environment and independently
- Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills required.
- Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM management.
- A strong understanding of web metrics and digital analytics required.
- Google Ad Manager and display ads required
- Facebook/Meta Advertising required
- Digital marketing and advertising best practices required
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console required.
- Experience with other analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, CRM Reporting Tools)
- Traditional Marketing styles are an asset
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing reporting processes and tools.
- Knowledge of additional marketing tools and platforms will be considered.
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
