Sales Development Representative

**Job Overview**:
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the early stages of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities by engaging with potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build pipelines and set up meetings for account executives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research target accounts, decision-makers, and key influencers within target industries.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and nurture leads.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offering, value proposition, and market trends.
- Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Track all outreach activity and interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Stay informed on industry news, trends, and potential competitors.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role (preferably in SaaS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations.
- High level of comfort using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
- Familiarity with lead generation and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, overall amazing research skills).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Présentation du poste**:
En tant que représentant du développement des ventes, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la conduite des premières étapes du cycle de vente. Vous serez chargé d'identifier et de créer de nouvelles opportunités de vente qualifiées en interagissant avec des clients potentiels par le biais de la prospection sortante et du suivi des prospects entrants.
