**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their sales career in the tech industry. You’ll receive mentorship from experienced sales professionals and have access to ongoing training to sharpen your skills.

**What you will do**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- **Needs Analysis**: Understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Assist in organizing and delivering compelling product demos to showcase our platform’s capabilities.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- **Pipeline Management**: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share customer feedback.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.

**You will fit in**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience; internships and part-time roles considered.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Research Skills**: Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to gather and interpret market and client data effectively.
- **Passion for Sales**: A genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales within the tech industry.
- **Self-Motivated**: Proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
