**Full Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator**
Job Requirements
- General knowledge and understanding of accounting systems and processes is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
- Experience in an administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks and BillQuick is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with mínimal supervision is needed.
Primary Duties
- Full cycle bookkeeping. Accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Monthly project invoicing.
- Office administration.
Hours
- Full time - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
- Estimated start date - February 2023
Compensation:
- $45,000 to $55,000 per year depending on experience
- Benefits after 6 months of employment
- Eligible for profit sharing after one year of employment
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- University or College degree in related field
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
