Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager at F45 Training in Toronto, ON. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing two F45 Training studios in the downtown region, including the flagship- Yorkville. You will be excellent at ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, implementing strategies to drive business growth, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Regional Manager will collaborate with the ownership team and support studios in achieving their goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience in fitness industry management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Familiarity with boutique fitness industry trends
  • Familiarity with F45 a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, or related field
  • Certification in fitness training or related field is a plus
