HearingLife Canada, and National Affiliated Partners, is the largest provider of hearing healthcare service in Canada. **POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Regional Managers are accountable to meet sales targets, continue to maximize all sales opportunities while facilitating exceptional client experiences that align with professional clinical standards within their designated territories. The Regional Managers must lead, train and coach the teams to execute all company strategies effectively and be role models of our mission statement - “Helping more people hear better”
- To achieve this goal, the Regional Manager must divide their time between the following three areas of responsibility:

- ** SALES MANAGEMENT**:

- ** PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT**:

- ** CLIENT EXPERIENCE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Management**:

- **_ Sales Analysis_**:analyze and review all KPI & sales reports and action the necessary steps to maximize per provider productivity opportunities; validate these actions during clinic visits
- **_ Clinic Visits:_**
- Prepare & plan for regular clinic visits, prioritizing high volume and underperforming clinics using Active Schedule Management
- Plan to attend a minimum of three (3) Morning Huddles in any one-week period
- Complete a Site Visit Report with an evaluation of the clinic & follow up actions to be taken by clinic team
- **_ Expense Management:_**_ _monitor and manage controllable expenses in clinics, such as supplies, equipment, payroll, staff expenses & maintenance
- **_ Inventory Management_**:_ _Ensure all clinics are following all inventory handling procedures in an accurate and timely manner
- **People Management & Development**
- **_ Conduct One on One Coaching: _**provide acknowledging and developmental feedback to staff and build performance development plans and follow up milestones
- **_ Training_**_:_**_ _**Execute training plans for the various roles within the business to foster continued development and exceptional performance in collaboration with the HR group
- **_ Staff Planning_**_: _Ongoing regional evaluation of staff to determine immediate needs and plan for the future; build people plans to foster development, build succession plans and build bench strength within the region

**Client Experience**:

- **_ Client Experience Ambassador_**: Uses the HEAR Client Journey and subsequent client expectations in all their actions and coach to these expected behaviors in all regional clinics
- **_ Client Service Opportunities_**: supports clinics in resolving customer service issues in a positive and professional manner for a win/win outcome in the moment
- **_ Product Ambassador_**: Passionate and knowledgeable of all Demant products; knows and shares all aspects of product information to clinic teams; Transfers all brand knowledge and inspires all clinic teams to become Brand Ambassadors

**Position Requirements**

**Education**:
University/College Degree**Previous Experience**

Minimum 5 years experience in a sales and client focused industry in a multi-unit management capacity; Health care industry experience is preferred.**Accommodation**
