**Title: Regional Manager**

Global Art Canada (GAC Canada Inc.) is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches or locations within a given region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional growth and revenue targets.

2. Lead and motivate a team of centre managers and teachers to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.

3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations across all branches.

5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recommend training and development programs for branch managers and staff.

6. Collaborate with other regional managers and executive leadership to share best practices and optimize operations.

7. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community organizations.

8. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

9. Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, financials, and key metrics to senior management.

10. Planning and building out art enrichment centres for Global Art Canada.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the franchise industry in the field of children Art enrichment.
- Degree or Diploma in art, business administration, management, or child care related field.
- Proven experience as a regional manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and ability to identify market trends within the Greater Toronto region.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
- Experienced in communicating with children and their parents that came from a Chinese cultural background.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Experience with the build out process of an art enrichment centre.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and others related software.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are strongly preferred.
- Competency in inventory management and day to day accounting.
- Must be able to work weekends when needed.

**Employment Details**:

- Terms of Employment: Permanent Position (40 hours per week)
- Language of Work: English
- Compensation: $76,500 yearly
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, with availability on weekends.
- Work location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario
