Principales responsabilités (mais non limitées à) :

  • Accueillir et diriger les clients et les visiteurs de manière cordiale et professionnelle.
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques via la plateforme MS Teams et répondre aux demandes de maintenance et de sécurité.
  • Entretenir, réserver et aider à nettoyer les salles de conférence des clients, et répondre aux demandes de restauration des clients.
  • Contrôler le registre, délivrer des badges visiteurs et des fournitures de bureau, y compris la mise à disposition de postes de travail, de casiers pour le personnel et d'indications pour le stationnement des véhicules personnels et des véhicules de l'entreprise.
  • Distribution des cartes de sécurité au personnel en veillant à ce que l'accord du détenteur de la carte soit rempli et signé. Cela comprend l'arrivée et le départ des employés.
  • Soutenir l'équipe chargée des installations dans la gestion des demandes de services pour tous les bureaux.
  • Maintenir une zone de réception propre, ordonnée, sûre et fonctionnelle.
  • Gérer la distribution et la collecte du courrier et des colis, ainsi que des factures et des chèques.
  • Tenir à jour les plans d'étage pour les employés. Utilisation de Flowscape dans certains bureaux.
  • Fournir un soutien administratif général, en fonction du temps disponible ou à la demande du responsable régional des installations.
  • Gestion de la station de café.
  • Assurer l'expérience utilisateur des visiteurs, c'est-à-dire le WiFi, les écrans, les connexions.
  • Gestion des fournitures de bureau, y compris la commande et la distribution.
  • Saisir le registre de service des plaintes des visiteurs.
  • Autres tâches assignées.

  • Plus d'un an d'expérience en réception.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles, ainsi qu'une manière professionnelle de passer des appels.
  • Capacité à être proactif et à fournir un service courtois et rapide à nos clients.
  • Capacité à traiter des informations sensibles et confidentielles.
  • Être flexible et capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement d'équipe.
  • Avoir une connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
  • La capacité à parler français serait un atout.
