As a **Sales Manager at Koch Ford**, you will be responsible for guiding our sales team to exceed goals while ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class buying experience. You will play a key role in coaching and developing staff, maintaining inventory control, and supporting the dealership’s overall growth.

**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in automotive sales management, preferably within a Ford or similar high-volume brand- 5+ years in automotive sales leadership (Sales Manager/New/Used/Variable Ops) with a provable track record of hitting/exceeding targets on volume, gross, and CSI.- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills- Ability to develop and maintain a high-performing, motivated sales team- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, incentives, and sales programs- Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills- Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software- Professional, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude- Well rounded knowledge of other makes and models to properly appraise vehicles

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets- Desk deals, structure financing/leases, and partner closely with F&I to maximize gross.- Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies- Maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint- Support sales consultants in structuring deals and maximizing profitability- Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales performance- Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing sales staff- Keep up to date on product knowledge, OEM programs, and automotive market trends- Uphold compliance with all manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and provincial regulations- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

Pay: $125,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
