LOCAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting various departments. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure an organized work environment
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
Collect, review, and enter field staff timesheets; ensure accuracy and timely submission for payroll processing
Support accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
Maintain file systems (digital and physical) and ensure accurate record keeping
Assist management and project teams with administrative support as needed
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (1–3 years preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with timekeeping or payroll system
Experience supporting project teams or field personnel
Experience working in a construction or trades environment would be an asset
