Excellent working atmosphere Successful candidate must have similar position experience, award-winning fine dining restaurants and/or first class hotels.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef’s main responsibility is for the overall operation of the culinary department. This leadership position works effectively within the team environment towards the goals of operational execution, customer service and employee satisfaction. The Executive Chef will maintain high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities include total food production systems, including purchasing, menu development. Also: responsible for hiring, training and development of culinary staff.This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who wants to make his/her mark in the Vancouver Culinary scene.
