Join the Monzo team as we search for a skilled Executive Chef Inspired by the dynamic Paninaro subculture of 1980s Milan, MONZO embodies the spirit of that era: fast-paced, innovative, and bold. We're seeking an experienced individual who excels in high-volume environments and shares our passion for cooking, hospitality, and team leadership.
**Here's what you bring to the table**:
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong skills in managing food cost, labour, and inventory - experience with Optimum Control is an asset
- Expertise in maintaining impeccable kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, including the development and implementation of Food Safety and Sanitation Plans
- Genuine enthusiasm for food, combined with the ability to inspire and mentor others
- A calm and supportive demeanour, fostering a positive culture among team members
- Food Safe Level 1 required
