As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will be at the heart of Alan's strategy in Canada. p>

  • Developing and executing the customer acquisition strategy
  • Iterating on our positioning in Canada
  • Crafting the best marketing assets (sales collaterals, presentations, website…) to highlight our value proposition and our product differentiation
  • Setting up and optimizing acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
  • Organizing events and field marketing initiatives to grow Alan brand awareness in Canada and generate qualified leads
  • Analyzing performance and iterating quickly to maximize growth
  • Collaborating closely with product, sales, and operations teams
Desired Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup
  • Expertise in digital acquisition, CRM, and data analysis
  • Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator in English (French is a plus)
  • Comfortable with no-code apps is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for health innovation
