**Role Summary**:
The Marketing Intern will support both the Brand Manager Marketing and the Product Manager in executing marketing strategies, assisting with product campaigns. This role will provide valuable exposure to various marketing and product management facets, including campaign coordination, market research, and social media management. The intern will actively contribute to brand-building initiatives and product launch efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Support the management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports on marketing performance for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials, including brochures, sales tools, and website content and asset delivery.
- Help maintain and organize marketing collateral, ensuring branding consistency across materials.
- Verify marketing materials meet established standards and guidelines
- Monitor and update the marketing content calendar and campaign timelines.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure product marketing tools, such as price lists and symbol libraries, are up-to-date and accurately reflect product offerings.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to assist with the production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including meeting coordination, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating internal/external meetings.
- Support in organizing and maintaining our customer database for CRM activities.
- Assist in the management of customer inquiries and requests related to marketing initiatives.
- Support in sample fulfillment and the management of the showroom.

**Qualifications**:
1. Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of current industry trends and competitive analysis.

2. Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

3. Position Requirements:

- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Enthusiasm for change and ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment
- Self-starter
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and software

Work Environment:

- The working environment is that of a standard office environment.
- Hybrid is an option with a minimum of 3 days in the Toronto office.

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 - 6 months

Pay: $3,200.00-$3,520.00 per month

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
