The Regional Marketing Manager leads the marketing function for the region, supporting sales growth, customer and client experience and stewards the company brand. This position will include coaching and inspiring unit managers and associates, to achieve goals related to retail sales, meal plan sales, guest communication, and social media approaches.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Regional Marketing Managers, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Consistently exceed assigned Like For Like (LFL) targets through the effective execution and management of key initiatives.
  • Create and drive compelling sales-building initiatives, to outpace stated targets, requiring you to leverage your expertise in the areas of:
    • Growing transactions
    • Growing beverage attachment rates
    • Growing basket size
    • Growing average check
    • Growing LFL
  • Exceed execution standards with a focus on speed of service improvements, while maintaining brand standards.
  • Ensure operators are supported to execute a rolling 12 months marketing plan in applicable units:
Become the trusted expert with the organization in the area of LFL sales improvements and proper brand execution, assisting in the training of new team members and providing consultation when required.Attend, and secure a passing grade, for the required training for various brands and attaining brand certification.Lead social media as the content advisor and standards keeper across campus locations in the regional geography, highlighting key brand messaging and campus success stories.Drive innovative sales marketing for campus meal-plans/catering and ongoing improvement.

Think you have what it takes to be a Regional Marketing Manager? p>

  • Ability to review sales data and build action plans accordingly.
  • Experience in a QSR, B2C marketing (including product, promotions, price, placement and positioning). li>
  • Base understanding of the financial components of contract foodservice and origins of revenue, margin, costs and risks.
  • Interpersonal skills which support the ability to influence without direct authority, holding standards of new programs high and ensuring field execution.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to adjust content across stakeholders.
  • A background understanding of operations which enables field-friendly and executable development.
  • Detail-oriented with strong writing skills to create and steward brand materials and voice.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Culinary, hospitality or hotel management degree is desirable.
