healthcare industry • Extensive experience conducting stakeholder consultations in the healthcare or technology sectors. • Familiarity with the Ontario healthcare landscape and digital health solutions, particularly in the Public Health sector • Knowledge of/experience with OMD EMR Certification Program including its EMR Specifications • Experienced working in the
Canadian digital health sector
with focus on products needed at the point of care (e.g. EMRs, HIS, etc.) • Experience with integration across Health IT Systems and Services, including Provincial EHR products and services
Responsibilities Manages digital health initiatives throughout the project lifecycle: • Primary project accountability; • Responsible for detailed project planning by establishing scope and target deliverables; • Develops and delivers project artefacts (e.g., charter, project plan, action/issue/risk logs, status reports); • Proactively manages project risks and escalates issues for resolution; • Leads/manages internal and partner project resources and activities (e.g., change management, communications, vendor management); • Leads/facilitates workshops and stakeholder forums, as required; • Monitors project status and provides regular updates to OntarioMD senior leadership, project management office and stakeholders; • Coordinates with internal and external partners to develop/continually improve project processes to support various initiatives; • Ensures that all steps from requirement analysis through to implementation, testing, and production are carried out in an optimum way to ensure successful and timely completion of the project. • Establishes and maintains collaborative and productive stakeholder relationships; • Liaises with clients and stakeholders (e.g., project and executive-level resources at Ontario Health, clinician practices, institutions) to explain the benefits, responsibilities and progress associated with products and services; • Creates/delivers communications materials and business presentations to internal and external clients/stakeholders. • Supports OntarioMD project management office planning and best practices: • Project planning (forecasting, budgeting and prioritization of activities); • Plans, identifies and coordinates OntarioMD resources to support initiatives; and • Contributes to the Project Management Office project management practices and framework Apply
