p>On behalf of our valued client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Benefits Measurement and Reporting Lead Consultant on a 12-month contract basis. This hybrid position requires at least two days onsite per week in Richmond.

Summary of the Role:

The Benefits Measurement and Reporting Lead will drive the design and implementation of a benefits measurement framework for a business transformation program. This role focuses on establishing metrics and KPIs, analyzing data, and developing dashboards and reports to track outcomes. The consultant will also manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  1. Develop and implement a benefits measurement framework, including KPIs and metrics to evaluate project outcomes.
  2. Analyze current state data and establish baseline metrics, future state targets, and reporting mechanisms.
  3. Design reports and dashboards for tracking metrics, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
  4. Conduct detailed data analysis to evaluate operational changes and prioritize opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with business operations and transition teams to roll out tools, reports, and dashboards, including training and change management.
  6. Deliver high-quality documentation, including frameworks, metrics, reports, and dashboards.

Core Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in benefits realization and designing measurement frameworks for large projects or programs.
  2. Demonstrated success navigating stakeholder management in complex, unionized environments.
  3. Experience in business transformation programs or projects.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-quality deliverables.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  1. Knowledge of claims processes and associated metrics.
  2. Familiarity with claims data and data pipeline design.

Terms:

This is a 12-month contract role with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least two days onsite per week in Richmond. p>
