Unlock Business Growth as a Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead our client service teams in designing and delivering top-notch e-commerce strategies and solutions. This role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and successful execution to meet our clients' requirements.

As a key leader of our consulting service line, you will directly report to the practice leader, ensuring that our client engagements are executed with the same rigor and precision that defines a leading consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of high-impact e-commerce strategies and solutions that align with client business goals and drive digital transformation.
  • Client Digital Roadmaps: Collaborate with clients to define and implement long-term digital roadmaps, ensuring their business strategies are supported by scalable and future-proof technology solutions.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into project delivery to ensure clients remain competitive in their markets.
  • Business Value Creation: Translate client objectives into actionable project plans that maximize ROI and business outcomes, ensuring that each project contributes meaningfully to the client's long-term success.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Solid academic foundation in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Consulting Background: Previous experience with a Big 4, MBB, or similar technology consulting firm is highly preferred.
  • Relevant Technology Experience: Proven track record as an Engagement Manager in technology-driven projects (such as ERP, digital technologies, low-code platforms, and more). Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding and advanced knowledge of at least one core technology or industry sector.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
