About the role:

If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Senior/Performance Marketing Manager role
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth. You will also use CRM tools to segment, target, and communicate with potential and existing users, and guide them through the user journey surrounding the Kora app, from awareness to conversion.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Define and execute the performance marketing strategy for Kora
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across existing channels, like Snap, Tiktok, Google, and Apple, and research new opportunities
- Work with the marketing to develop engaging and effective creatives for paid and organic marketing campaigns, such as videos, images, copy, etc.
- Work with the growth team to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize the marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms
- Use CRM tools to segment, target, and communicate with potential and existing users, and guide them through the user journey from awareness to conversion
- Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of the marketing campaigns using various tools and metrics, such as CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, etc.
- Identify and test new opportunities and strategies to scale and improve the user acquisition and retention for Kora
- Collaborate with other teams such as product development, customer support, and analytics to ensure alignment and synergy of the marketing efforts
- Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices and innovations in the performance marketing and mobile finance app industry
Some of the key qualifications and skills required for this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying or user acquisition for mobile apps or online businesses
- Proven track record of leading and executing successful media campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention across multiple channels and platforms
- Knowledge of modern mobile user acquisition tools and techniques like SKAN network, Tiktok ads, App Store Optimization, and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in using various tools and metrics to measure and optimize the performance and ROI of the media campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with a creative agency and a growth analyst
- Passionate about mobile finance apps and eager to learn about the needs and preferences of college students
