Reporting to the Manager, Mobile Solutions Partner, the Mobile Solutions Partner’s primary mandate is to manage all customer initiatives with a focus on customer account management.
Responsibilities
- Review operator documentation with Sales and verify contract deliverables and translate to product delivery plans.
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close new product delivery and additions to existing installations at client sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account/relationship management, business development, or client-facing role.
- A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software or systems environment; international implementation experience considered an asset.
- Experience in working with multi-geographical customers, providing timely support remotely and in-person.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in project management area. Technical background preferred.
- Previous experience working with technology products, mobile, digital products, online marketing, or content management experience preferred.
- Accredited education in Business Administration / Business Marketing / or similar fields (or equivalent experience) in a business-related discipline is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
