**Job Description**:
The People Insights Manager plays a critical role in influencing and evolving H&M’s people strategy through data. This role will help drive an insights-led, data-informed culture within the HR Function. You will guide strategy and actions to improve employee engagement, decrease staff turnover, and provide consistent KPI reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor and an expert in people analytics and strategic insights, working both with the HR department and cross-functionally. You support the Country by securing the back end of our engagement surveys and talent development tools. You will enhance the storytelling capability of the HR function by identifying insights that support in finding solutions and making business minded decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Analyze, transform, and interpret data for the development of insights, reports, visualizations, and dashboards with user experience in mind on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Define the logic and/or algorithms required to perform data analysis
- Partners with the controllers and talent acquisition team to predict potential vacancies to minimize the amount of time without management while being cost conscious.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of HR in relation to both short
- and long-term functional and financial planning for the function
- Work with HR partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, find efficiencies, and implement solutions for issues that are critical to the function
- Support the HR Function with defining, organizing, and showcasing the people strategy
- Translate & manage information from numerous sources (HRIS, WFMS, surveys, etc.) into manageable data used for dashboards, reporting, and analytics
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reporting to the CA organization

Make continual assessments as to what are the right metrics to collect to gain the best insights about the workforce
- Utilize visuals, narratives, and storytelling to provide insights on the impact of HR initiatives to the CA organization
- Present strategic people insights in a clear way that the business can action
- Develop and drive predictive analytics to help drive business growth and reduce risks
- Design and conduct research projects aimed at identifying business opportunities, testing hypothesis, interpreting results, and providing suggested courses of action
- Develop business partnerships, enable access to their data, help educate, and turn insights into action
- Advocate for data-forward thinking within the HR organization and support in ensuring there is a clear business case for all projects/initiatives
- Understand people processes and data privacy policies, demonstrate judgement and discretion when working with sensitive people data and business issues
- Uses data and partners with Payroll, STAR, and People data to put together reports and analysis to help attract and retain staff.
- Develops others to be cost conscious and impact the business through their people strategy.
- Secure data sets for our engagement surveys and tracking forms to follow up on talent development.
- Supports the maintenance and upgrade of the GROW training platform in collaboration with other functions.
- Uses sick, time and attendance data to identify opportunities with engagement and ineffective hours.
- Works together with Area HR’s and Controllers to find and maintain the optimal scheduling and headcount throughout the year.

Additional Accountability:

- Oversee the budget and forecast processes and provides support with budget follow up to all HR functions
- Responsible for implementing and following up on best practice routines for invoice handling within the HR function
- Oversee and partner with the benefits and compensation analyst to drive goals and projects forward
