What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in Eastern Canada to achieve growth objectives
  2. Build and manage a strong direct sales team, providing coaching and feedback
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and industry leaders
  4. Supervise representatives within the assigned geography, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
  5. Prepare and deliver reports on sales forecasts, performance, and other relevant metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. University/Bachelor's degree or DEC
  2. 7+ years of sales experience
  3. 2 years of management experience overseeing a sales team
  4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  5. Experience with dental or medical device sales management preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience selling/managing small or capital equipment products
  2. Track record of success in negotiating and contracting with key customers and distributors
  3. Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in CRM and MS-Office applications
  4. Ability to adapt and thrive in an unstructured work environment
