What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in Eastern Canada to achieve growth objectives
- Build and manage a strong direct sales team, providing coaching and feedback
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and industry leaders
- Supervise representatives within the assigned geography, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales forecasts, performance, and other relevant metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University/Bachelor's degree or DEC
- 7+ years of sales experience
- 2 years of management experience overseeing a sales team
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with dental or medical device sales management preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling/managing small or capital equipment products
- Track record of success in negotiating and contracting with key customers and distributors
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in CRM and MS-Office applications
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an unstructured work environment
- Adaptable and open to change
