Regional Sales Leadership Opportunity

CellChem Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving business growth and expansion across the region.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship building.
- This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and managing cross-border sales operations.
- Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations, including planning, budgeting, and evaluating performance.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments, ensuring compliance with commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail regulations.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
