With 33 years of consecutive growth, and no plan to stop, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Senior Talent Management Partner to help design and implement global Talent Management solutions.
The Senior Talent Management Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role with the mandate to lead the design and execution of innovative Talent Management strategies and programs in alignment with Ross’s business goals, while ensuring we attract, retain, and develop Ross employees.

- Develop, champion and lead proactive global talent management strategies and processes, including but not limited to job architecture, competency frameworks, performance management programs, and succession planning.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Client Groups to develop and implement and support Talent Management programs.
- Support and facilitate change management related to TM program rollout to ensure adoption across the organization.
- Assess talent management strategies to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embraced by the organization.
Who you are:
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Administration or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team.
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in a Talent Management or similar role, preferably in a high-tech environment.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership.
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce and/or Cornerstone is considered an asset.
