With 33 years of consecutive growth, and no plan to stop, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Senior HR Programs Partner to help design and implement global Talent Management solutions.
The Senior HR Programs Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role with the mandate to lead the design and execution of innovative Talent Management programs in alignment with Ross’s business goals. This includes programs such as Job Architecture, Competency Mapping, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.

- Develop, champion and lead proactive global talent management strategies and processes, including but not limited to job architecture, competency frameworks, performance management programs, and succession planning.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Client Groups to develop and implement and support Talent Management programs.
- Cross functional collaboration with other HR/Admin functions to ensure alignment and integration of HR programs to facilitate smooth rollout of programs.
- Assess talent management strategies to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are embraced by the organization.
Who you are:
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Administration or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership.
- Experience with the progressive HR trends but in practical terms - not just a theory
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce and/ or Cornerstone is considered an asset.
