Business Partner for Operational Excellence

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR professional with at least 10 years of experience in human resources, business, or a related field. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic guidance and support to leaders and employees throughout our business lines. This role offers a flexible hybrid work option, allowing you to balance remote and in-office work when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders, as well as HR colleagues.
- Partner with clients to identify strategic issues, workforce planning challenges, and organizational design needs, providing advice and expertise to develop creative solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on HR generalist disciplines, including employee engagement, retention, talent development, succession planning, change management, conflict resolution, employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, investigations, job evaluation, compensation management, internal communication, coaching, data analytics, workforce planning, policy interpretation, career coaching, facilitation, and inclusion & diversity.
- Facilitate training sessions, planning, and delivering programs for managers and employees.
- Develop and implement HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset, continually seeking opportunities to increase the return on investment of human resources programs.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
We are seeking an individual with strong influencing and collaboration skills, able to provide guidance and support to business clients. Your developed skills in coaching managers, facilitation, conflict resolution, and relationship management will be valuable assets in this role. You should have a proven track record of balancing strategic and operational tasks, with strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working in a matrix global organization and within a geographically dispersed team is an asset. Strong MS Office Suite skills are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience. HR certification is also highly valued.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
