Our technology also powers Branded Editions (BE) - a white-label solution that enables publishers to deliver their digital content in interactive ways. BE allows them to build a customizable platform that supports a wide range of revenue opportunities.
We have an opportunity for the Head of Global Business Development to join ourBranded Editions team.
As the Head of Global Business Development, Branded Editions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan to drive global expansion and achieve or exceed revenue targets, focusing on building a strong sales pipeline through driving exponential growth stemming from marquee and mid-size clients, and key markets. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with internal teams to successfully launch new projects and secure opportunities for expanded white-label solutions. This role will represent the department at industry events, leveraging networking to generate leads, deepen market connections, contribute to product development and strengthen the company's offerings.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive global business development and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a robust new sales pipeline, focusing on driving exponential growth stemming from marquee and mid-size clients, and key markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage new projects to launch.
- Coach and manage business development managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Represent PressReader Branded Editions at relevant industry events and conferences, building relationships and generating leads through travel and networking.
- Share market and client insights to influence product development and strengthen our offerings.
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by your supervisor.
- Possess 10+ years solid experience and proven success in SaaS, technology sales, or digital publishing.
- Passion for sales, with a strategic approach to pipeline development and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English.
- Ability to travel with advance and/or short notice to support client’ relationships and business development.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales strategy.

- Professional working proficiency in a second language (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish or others).
- Interested in digital media, analytics, or advertising.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
