Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead sales operations in Mississauga, ON. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's ambitious growth goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors, particularly in sustainable and modular building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive market growth and align with corporate objectives.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Product Development: Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns and initiatives; provide market feedback to guide product innovation.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry changes and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven track record in strategic sales planning and execution, with measurable revenue growth and market expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
