Our client, a leading player in the OSS / Network Automation software and services space, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director (Networks) to drive growth and expansion in the Network Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities and grow existing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network growth and evolution plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in Network Software, PCRF, DPI, OSS, Service Assurance, Orchestration, Inventory, and 5G slicing.
  • Develop and execute creative solutions to complex problems, driving innovation and value for customers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in Network solutions to CSPs.
  • Deep relationships with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 operators.
  • Proven track record of closing large and complex deals through strategic sales execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Telecommunications, networking industry (BSS, OSS, 4G / 5G, Virtualisation / Cloud Services, and Evolution).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and team building skills.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); proficiency in languages relevant to the accounts/region is a plus.
  • Executive-level communication and presenting skills.
