Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Sales professional to join our practice and contribute to our growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the firm's goals and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and revenue expansion.

Identify New Business Opportunities

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure the firm remains competitive and adaptable in the ever-changing legal landscape.

Lead and Mentor the Sales Team

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals, providing ongoing training and support, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with other departments, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure cohesive and effective business strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Represent the Firm

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.

Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the executive team, analyzing sales data to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 5+ years of relevant experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment.

Law Firm Experience

Law firm experience is an asset but not a requirement.
