Our client is a privately owned Canadian MRO distributor serving the varied and often complex needs of B2B industrial customers across Ontario for more than 60 years. They continue to grow and expand an offering that features best-in-class customer service, inventory management solutions, technical support, and high-quality product offerings at competitive prices. They have hired Charles Warren of Lock Search Group to lead their search for a new Director of Sales. The successful candidate will join their senior leadership team and will be instrumental in delivering future growth for the organization.

The Director of Sales will lead the sales team to success by building, coaching, and developing a high-performance team of sales professionals. The candidate will develop a profitable growth strategy and lead through the execution of it, shoulder to shoulder with your team and cross-functional stakeholders in the market. They are directly involved in building and sustaining strong customer relationships (leading by example) and provide input to marketing initiatives designed to accelerate sales outcomes. The Director of Sales also ensures the effective use of sales tools and technology by the sales team.
