SAAS B2B Sales Executive – Outbound

With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving success, we are expanding our dynamic sales team and seeking a results-driven Outbound SaaS B2B Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in our growth.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate high-quality leads.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products (Campaigner.com & SMTP.com) and how they address the unique needs of our target market.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospects and articulate how our solutions can solve their challenges.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points to position our SAAS solutions as the ideal fit for their business requirements.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS offerings.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific customer pain points and objectives.
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads through the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs effectively.
  • Provide valuable input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales performance through ongoing training and skill development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven track record of success in outbound sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the SAAS industry, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and a passion for sales.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in sales prospecting tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Target Salary: 75-80K CAD (Base)
