Descrição da vaga

Responsible for supporting the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, Luxury RJ, in leading the sales and marketing team, developing effective strategies to meet projected sales targets, and providing coaching and motivation to team members. Additionally, this role will identify high-value clients, ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards, and organize ongoing promotional events. The position will also conduct competitive analysis and assess the effectiveness of sales and promotional initiatives to maximize property profits.

Qualificações
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
    • Proficiency in handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
    • Familiarity with LQA and Forbes standards is highly desirable.
    • Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS).
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
    • A proactive and adaptable attitude, embodying the Fairmont brand values.
