Who we need

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team, reporting to the Director of Sales. As our new Sales Executive, you will drive company growth by expanding our territory and capturing market share. You will leverage your prospecting skills to identify and engage potential clients, communicate our value proposition, and build a strong book of business. By seeking new opportunities and collaborating with marketing, you will play a key role in growing our presence and exceeding sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.

This is an on-site role in Markham, Ontario, with the option of working remotely one day a week.

What you will do:

  • Prospect and close leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client retention and relationship building, ensuring retention and ongoing business growth.
  • Customer service, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Sales and market data management, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of sales activities.
  • Referrals and testimonials, executing our Net Promoter Score (NPS) process.
  • Participate in selected marketing activities to build contacts and uncover new business opportunities.
