Our products are used in a wide array of applications to create digital maps of infrastructures, cities, land, seafloor, secure assets and people, detect objects on earth or in space, navigate safely, provide security around the globe, and protect our environment.Teledyne Geospatial is recruiting a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager - Europe region for CARIS Hydrographic Software Solutions to lead our continued worldwide growth in this product segment.As a Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on achieving and exceeding the global Sales targets (channel sales and direct sales). By leveraging relationships with existing customers and channel partners and hiring new customers, you execute strategies to ensure our go to market success. Using your experience in Hydrographic software and sales, you will continue to develop a forward-looking sales strategy that blends current strategy with future state structure. You will have a direct responsibility for sales in parts of Europe and consolidate an accurate weekly forecast and pipeline report broken down by the major customers. You will be increasing our sales of software licenses, subscriptions, and consulting projects.This position is on-site, based in the Netherlands. li>Achieve or exceed the direct and channel sales targets for your region.Work directly with the CARIS sales team and European customers to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.Maintain and present (weekly, monthly, quarterly) an accurate forecast and pipeline by region.Key stakeholder in building and executing a long-term regional go-to-market strategy alongside regional sales managers, e-commerce leaders.Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to implement campaigns and programs to maximize pipeline creation and drive deal conversions.Identify and improve the process, efficiency, and productivity of the global go-to-market team.Ensure partner contracts are aligned with Teledyne’s business goals while creating a successful outcome for the partner.Collaborate with key functions: product management, finance, and marketing to drive commercial efforts on key business initiatives that develop consistent revenue stream for the entire CARIS portfolio.The position reports into the Director of Sales.5+ year experience as a technical Sales with a proven track record of selling Hydrographic or GIS software or related solutions into the Hydrographic market.Bachelor’s degree in Hydrography, Cartography or Marine Science.Experience in operations of sonar systems including CARIS Software suite is a plus.Familiar with International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) standards is a plus.Experience managing pipelines and forecasts within a CRM.Good knowledge in sonar data processing and nautical charting.Talented in writing proposals and presenting on (including public speaking) company products and services, performing system demonstrations.Opportunity to develop your career with one of the world's leading companies in Digital Reality Capture sensors and data processing Software.A unique opportunity to experience how cutting-edge R&D, software- and hardware development come together under one roof. li>Regular product training sessions.Highly international environment with teammates in China, Europe, US, Canada.Work closely with other teams in Product Management, Marketing, finance and Operations.Flexibility of working from home office or other Teledyne locations when available locally.Teledyne Geospatial, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of data capture and processing software for sea and land, under the CARIS brand, with over 40 years of heritage.
