Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Helpdesk Support Specialist for one of our client.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support needs of onsite and remote staff across multiple office locations
- Managing the entire process for onboarding and offboarding new employees, including provisioning with MS Intune and conducting new user presentations.
- Providing support for various Microsoft 365 services, including Office, SharePoint,
Teams, and Exchange. - Taking ownership of asset management processes for both 1st and 2nd line support activities.
- Administering the corporate Azure AD platform for user management and security purposes, including AD, Intune, and MS Defender
- Overseeing the setup and imaging of laptops and autopilot devices.
- Supervising and maintaining accurate records of IT asset inventory utilizing third-party tools.
- Monitoring and managing internal IT service management tools to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing endpoint devices in a predominantly HP and Windows environment.
- Handling administrative tasks related to Zoom meeting room usage and setup.
Necessary Skills
- Previous experience working in a global IT support team.
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Microsoft Azure environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a Windows 10/11 environment.
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding personnel.
- Experience in Azure AD administration, including AD, Intune, and MS Defender.
- Familiarity with supporting M365 services such as Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving abilities in addressing IT challenges promptly.
