Invoicing within the Accounts Receivable system of the Sage 50 Accounting platform while working with a manual system to ensure all accounts receivable are paid especially overdue accounts.
Working with a paper job registry system and an employee timecard system.
Organizing and filing an accounts payable system.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office.
Keeping track of our steel costs and updating our steel price lists.
Pay $20 an hour
Monday to Friday. 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Start date June 10th, 2024.
