Adecco Professional Staffing is currently partnering with an established and growing client looking to find top talent for a fantastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Saint-Laurent, QC. This active opportunity will start out as a 1 year temporary hire with a very high potential to extend or possibly become something more down the road. The working hours would be Monday to Friday and during business hours as some flexibility to start times - NOTE no evenings or weekends and no sales involved. This will be a hybrid work arrangement of remote (2 days) and in-office (3 days).

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a Customer Service, Escalations or Quality Assurance position

  • Ability to control multiple priorities, to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
