Mobile Instrument Service & Repair (MISR) est une entreprise canadienne en activité depuis 1982. En tant que plus grande entreprise de réparation d’instruments chirurgicaux au Canada, MISR s’engage à être un partenaire complet pour la réparation et l’entretien préventif d’instruments chirurgicaux. Nous recherchons un représentant du service à la clientèle pour un emploi immédiat à temps plein dans notre centre de réparation basé à Dorval.

Le poste de représentant(e) du service la clientèle est un poste à temps plein et poste horaire. Vous relèverez du directeur général et vous devrez accomplir les tâches suivantes:

- Participe activement en tant que membre d'une équipe de service client de quatre personnes qui travaille en collaboration pour assurer un service client de qualité supérieure ;
- Communique professionnellement par le biais d'interactions verbales et écrites ;
- Fournit des devis aux clients, recherche les approbations de réparation, traite les factures et gère les documents associés avec une grande précision ;
- Devient compétent en matière d’instruments chirurgicaux et leur processus de réparation ;
- Aide à répondre aux appels d'offres et à d'autres opportunités d'appel d'offres ;
- Répond aux plaintes des clients et aide à leur résolution ;
- Répond aux demandes des clients et de l'équipe commerciale concernant les prix ou les services de réparation ;
- Développe une bonne compréhension du système de gestion de la qualité en place, donne un aperçu des améliorations qui peuvent être apportées et assure le respect des politiques et des procédures ;
- Maintient un environnement de travail sûr et positif, exempt d'intimidation ou de harcèlement ;
- Effectue diverses autres tâches à la demande du directeur général ou d'autres membres du personnel de gestion (par exemple, expédition et réception) ;
- Se conduit et représente toujours le service et réparation d’instruments mobiles (MISR) de manière éthique et professionnelle ;
- Capable de prioriser les tâches de manière indépendante pour respecter les délais ;
- Expérience SAGE et Excel un atout.

- Avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale) en français et en anglais
- Posséder une grande précision et une grande attention aux détails
- Démontrer une compétence à travailler avec des ordinateurs
- Être physiquement capable d'aider dans l'entrepôt lorsque nécessaire (debout, soulever jusqu'à 50 livres, utiliser une échelle, etc.)

**Bilingual Customer Service Representative**

Mobile Instrument Service & Repair (MISR) is a Canadian company that has been in business since 1982. As Canada’s largest surgical instrument repair company, MISR is committed to being a comprehensive partner for surgical instrument repair and preventative maintenance. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for immediate full-time employment in our Dorval-based repair center.

Customer Service Representative is a full-time, hourly position. You will report to the General Manager, and you are required to perform the following duties:

- Participates actively as a member of a four-person customer service team that works collaboratively to ensure top quality customer service;
- Communicates professionally through verbal and written interactions;
- Provides customer quotes, seeks repair approvals, processes invoices, and manages the associated paperwork with high accuracy;
- Becomes competent in surgical instruments and their repair process;
- Assists with the response to RFP and other bid opportunities;
- Responds to customer complaints and assists in their resolution;
- Responds to customer and sales team inquiries related to repair pricing or services;
- Develops a good understanding of the quality management system in place, provides insight when improvements can be made and ensures adherence to the policies and procedures;
- Maintains a safe and positive working environment free of bullying or harassment;
- Performs various other tasks as is requested/required by the General Manager or other management personnel (e.g. shipping and receiving)
- Conducts oneself and always represents MISR ethically and professionally
- Able to independently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- SAGE and Excel experience an asset
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Appreciate learning a variety of tasks
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both French and English
- Possess strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate competency working with computers
- Be physically able to assist in warehouse when required (standing, lifting up to 50lbs, using a ladder, etc.)
