What you’ll do
- Act as the primary contact for all consumer email and SMS notifications.
- Design email notification journeys to ensure optimal performance and relevance.
- Master our notification platforms, including audiences, triggers, and templates.
- Create and update detailed user notification journey maps.
- Implement iterative improvements to notification journeys for all services, including delivery and returns.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enable new email features and dynamic fields.
- Conduct benchmarking and research to innovate and maintain a competitive edge in email/SMS notifications.
- Coordinate various projects with internal and external resources (e.g., designers, copywriters and developers).
- Monitor and QA email journeys to ensure proper functioning.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new SMS notification solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry latest developments, trends, and competitors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
- 3 years in email/SMS notification management, marketing, or advertising.
- Understanding of email mobile design including UI/UX best practices
- Familiarity with relevant email marketing regulations (CASL, GDPR, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experienced with notification management platforms such as Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint, Salesforce, Twilio.
- Capable of effectively communicating technical and non-technical information.
- High level of attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decision.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
