Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and executing our day-to-day marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the digital marketing team in developing and maintaining a comprehensive promotional calendar.
  • Manage email campaigns, including brief creation, copywriting, design coordination, building, testing, and scheduling.
  • Oversee email lists and segmentation to ensure targeted and effective communication.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new email subscribers and improve engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize the performance of existing email campaigns.
  • Analyze performance across email flows and campaigns to identify areas for improvement and recommend new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets that align with our brand voice and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in email marketing and ecommerce.
  • Proven expertise in using Klaviyo (must-have).
  • Experience with SMS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Marketing certificate or degree is a plus.
  • Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics, and technology.
