Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. You will work closely with our cross-disciplinary team to strategize, architect, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our clients' overall digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create thoughtful and strategic email templates

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with multiple CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Deep understanding of Inbound Methodology and buyer personas
  • Google Analytics Certification preferred
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current email marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to the table
  • Team player with a genuinely nice and kind personality
