Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Email Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing daily marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Marketing Calendars: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and maintain a monthly promotional calendar that aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Email Campaign Management: Manage email campaigns, including brief creation, copywriting, design coordination, building, testing, and scheduling.
  • Email List Management: Oversee email lists and segmentation to ensure accurate and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Email Acquisition and Engagement: Create strategies to acquire new email subscribers and improve engagement rates.
  • A/B Testing and Analysis: Run A/B tests to optimize the performance of existing email campaigns and analyze results to improve KPIs and recommend new opportunities.
  • Marketing Materials and Assets: Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets that align with our brand voice and values.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing and e-commerce.
  • Experience using Klaviyo (must-have).
  • Experience with SMS a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Marketing certificate or degree is a plus.
  • Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics, and technology.
