This is an on-site position, located in Concord, ON.RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing guidance on to employees and management regarding labour and employee relations, attendance management, investigations, progressive discipline, time off management, benefits and offboarding.Providing advice on HR policies, programs and related legislation. Acting as the first point of contact for all employees in the client group for any HR issues. Supporting continuous improvement activities and the rolling out and execution of business wide HR projects. QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5+ years of experience in a similar position (labour and employee relations focus).
