Responsibilities
  1. Generate new business against a revenue quota, focusing on both new and existing clients in your territory, a key metric of your success.
  2. Develop strong knowledge of your sales territory and build a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM.
  3. Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business and serve as a trusted advisor that brings technology-enabled solutions.
  4. Monitor current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects client's business and initiatives.
  5. Build account and pursuit plans.
  6. Identify, articulate, orchestrate, and win multi-discipline technology services deals.
  7. Manage individual sales activity in CRM.
  8. Identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close/sign new deals.
Requirements
  1. 10 years of experience in a business role, with a background in consulting or engineering.
  2. Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach.
  3. Proven history of developing long-term client relationships at all levels of client organizations including C Suite.
  4. Experience with proactive selling, RFP, and RFI response orchestration.
  5. Familiar with technology, business models, and trends across a wide spectrum of technical solution offerings for enterprises.
  6. Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value.
  7. Familiar with building and managing account plans and CRM sales activity on an ongoing basis.
  8. Lead sales efforts to acquire new clients, expand market share, and maximize revenue opportunities within targeted segments of the insurance market (i.e., P&C, Life/Annuity, Reinsurance).
  9. Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills, executive presence, interpersonal and strong negotiation skills.
