Job Description:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for:

  • Broadening our customer base through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
  • Developing and implementing effective business growth strategies
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and lead them through the sales cycle
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Maintaining accurate sales projections and forecasting revenue
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of business development management experience
  • Proven ability to scale business successfully
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Background in direct sales
  • Background with Non-Profit organizations
  • Ability and willingness to travel across multiple provinces and locations
  • Experience making sales projections and forecasting revenue
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80K - $100K plus uncapped commission up to total $300K, access to health and dental benefits, and the opportunity to work directly with our leadership and executive team.
