Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an office administrator/coordinator/manager, scheduler, project coordinator, or other relevant role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platform.
  • Comfortable with numbers and basic financial tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: schedule and coordinate site visits for energy advisors and ensure efficient routing and timing of appointments to optimize advisor productivity. Collect and accurately record customer information for smooth operations.
  • Customer Service: provide excellent customer service through phone and email. Address customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: perform data entry with a high level of accuracy, maintain organized files, and assist with general clerical tasks as needed.
