A successful candidate will be comfortable with handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

  • Be responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll and budget preparation
  • Ensure internal controls and guidelines are followed and make recommendations of perceived control weaknesses
  • Be responsible for the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Be responsible for working with tax partners on all tax filing needs enabling timely filings
  • Coordinate with outside auditors and provide needed information for the annual external audit
  • Present recommendations to management on short and long term financial objectives, policies and efficiency improvements
  • Have a full and clear understanding of all financial statements within legal entities
  • Maintain department plans and meet all reporting requirements and dates

Your strengths include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • CPA Designation is preferred
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, but verbal and written
  • Follow all systems, policies, and procedures
