Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Auto Country. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing bank reconciliations, and reviewing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and collecting payments from debtors.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Data: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general office duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Reports: Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to management.
Work Environment

As an Accounting Clerk at Auto Country, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in accounting or related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
