Job Description

**Job Title:** Country Finance Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Finance Manager to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Control: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Certifications: CPA designation is preferred.
